DoorDash lets you pay with your SNAP EBT card at a growing list of participating grocery, convenience, and pharmacy stores in its marketplace, including Albertsons, Safeway, ALDI, Sprouts, Meijer, Hy-Vee, Walgreens, Dollar General, and DoorDash's own DashMart, among others.
Coverage depends on the specific store location near you, not just the chain name — look for the SNAP filter in the DoorDash app to see which participating stores are available in your area before you order.
What You Can Buy at DoorDash With EBT
To pay with EBT, add your SNAP card under Account > Payment > Program Cards, then shop a participating store using the SNAP filter — eligible items are marked with a SNAP icon, and the eligible subtotal is automatically applied to your EBT card at checkout. Keep a debit or credit card on file too, since any remaining subtotal, taxes, and delivery or service fees have to be paid with a backup payment method — EBT never covers those.
EBT on DoorDash is strictly for grocery, convenience, and pharmacy orders; it can't be used for restaurant food delivery, and it doesn't work with DoubleDash, DoorDash's feature for adding a second store to one order.
